Car reflections on wet tracks?

Having tried multiple wet tracks and none of the show my car reflecting on the wet tarmac. I can find many screenshots where people’s cars reflects on the wet tarmac, is it a CSP setting I am missing?

i think that CSP is the problem, i have the same issue but if you turn off CSP the wet tarmac appears
