Cheats Detection & Analysis

Hi all !

I want to get information on how to detect and analyse if there are any cheats being used in a race by all participants (if there are any that is). I heard from some people that participants need to submit telemetry data but I still do not know what to look for.

Any help of this matter is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
