command for dedicated server

Hi.
I have installed the race07 dedicated server via steam and it works percfectly. However i wondering if there are any server commands besides the one in the GUI.
what I'm particular wondering is:
* How can I restart a session, (if there has been a mayor crash in the begining of a race I want to restart that particular race).
* change tire use multiplicator.(1x,2x,3x.........)
