Content Manager: Set race duration by time instead of laps?

I understand CM, increases the lap limit from 100 to 999.

But I was wondering if it permits setting the duration by time? E.g. 8 hours duration with 3x multiplier?

At least for the Nordschleife tracks it will show you how long certain lap counts will be, just found this out last weekend.

If you have completed a lap of the track in the car you are using to race hovering your mouse over the lap number option will give you a rough total time of the race for the laps selected. That's the best I've found so far.
