F1 2011 Cross-Platforming Coop?

Hey Guys.

I've searched quite a while, but didnt find anything:
Is it possible to drive on my PC against my Friend on his PS3? => Crossplatform-Gaming?
Would be great to play a Session together.

As cool as this would be sadly it can't happen because each platform has a different server for online. The most likely chance of this happening would more likely be with Xbox and PC as they both use the same account for LIVE and GFWL. If all companies banded together to make one then yes this would be possible but at the moment, unfortunatly it's not.

There is a possiblity of PC and PS3 through Steam, it was done with Portal 2.

I would like to point out that PC-PS3 could very well be possible, but I don't believe CM have any intentions of exploring this sadly I could be wrong, but the network code and extra time needed to get this to work likely wouldn't be worth the time or effort.
