Downloads / .svm files

Not sure how I got them but I found a number of folders in "Downloads" ie "10Kmonza" "2004Lemans". In the folders there are files such as "Chris 550 Ferrari Barcel.svm". I gather from the names that they are car related but my question is exactly what are they and what do I do with them.

What download folder do you mean?

.svm files are normally setup files and seeing the names it looks to me that it are files from GTR2

Found them in my "users" "downloads" folder. I probably downloaded them without knowing what they were and don't remember doing so. Curious as to what they are.
