Entry Level Wheel

I'm looking for an entry level wheel for a friend of mine.
Must be in the United States and preferably on or close to the East Coast.
Looking for a DFP or DFGT or even a really good condition momo wheel.
I can spend up to $50-$60 so if you have something you're no longer using please send me a PM with some info.

On craigslist with some patience it should be very possible to find a dfp under that price and even a dfgt with a little time.
