F1 2012 F1 2012 The Game: Sauber F1 Team Competition

The Sauber F1 Team from Switzerland did not only start giving setup hints to players of F1 2012 The Game a while ago but is now also running a competition in collaboration with Codemasters. The prizes are arguably great but it's nice to see real world racing teams take note of racing simulations.

This competition requires a tiny bit of creativity, don’t worry, we aren’t asking for a masterpiece here. All you have to do is download our Formula 1 helmet template and apply your own design, you can even print it out and work on a hardcopy. Once you've finished, drop your final design into the comments here.

Our five favourite helmet designs will win a Sauber F1 Team cap signed by Kamui Kobayashi and Sergio Perez, as well as a signed card.

This Competition is open from 02:00 PM (GMT) on 1st November 2012. To qualify, all entries must be received no later than 09:00 AM (BST) on 9th November 2012. Good luck!​

I did hope that they'd let a driver wear the winning design in one of the next races as well when I saw the headline.
