F1/DTM DRS + .prl file

i downloaded the mod launcher and then i downloaded the high voltage plugin but it didn't find the prl file. I deleted the mod launcher config and replaced it with the original rfactor config but i still can't find the prl file. I want to find my prl file and enable DRS. Can you help me?
