FANATEC CSP v3 issue - frustrated

Greetings! For some reason I can't get my CSP v3's to be connected in Options. I have the latest drivers (v261) and firmware (v1.30) for them and (v261) and (v204) for the CSW v2 but the pedals are identified as 'Missing". Never had this problem prior to a a complete reinstall of windows 10 Pro 64bit and some component upgrades ( tower etc.). I can't see any way of rectifying this issue. I tried plugging the pedals through the wheel base but that achieved nothing. Completely frustrated and ready to tear my hair out! Pleas eadvise if you've seen this issue before or perhaps have a solution. I would be very appreciative.
I added a few screens. Sector3 support was useless. Cheers . . . . . . BlueLeader

Yes the photo from your primary controls shows they are disconected so doubelclick on the binding and push the pedals ;) save the profile and after that they will work

Svenduro, thank you so much for your valuable input. All is A-OK! I had been clicking on the them to bind but nothing was happening because I had completely forgotten it was a 'double-click' to bind - senior's moment . . . . Thanks again, I really am grateful - Cheers . . . . Richard
