Fanatec gear in Southeast Asia

Hi I live in Vietnam and want to upgrade from my current Playseat / G29 to a Fanatec CSL wheel and pedals or the Clubsport wheelbase and pedals (budget permitting).

There are no distributors / retailers in this part of the world and no apparent way to contact Fanatec if you don't live somewhere in the regions they sell their gear. Japan might be an option but for some bizarre reason the Fanatec website does not list anything compatible with the PS4 (or any other PlayStation).

Anybody on here live in this part of the world (Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore) and has any idea of how this can be done - I would be most grateful.
