Formula-E 2023

200mph (320kph) top speed, a 60kg lighter, smaller chassis, an additional front powertrain plus a power output 100kW up on Gen2 at 350kw with double the regen capacity - meaning more than 40% of the energy used in-race is via regeneration under braking.

Another pretty entertaining event from the e category.

Anyone else find it pretty interesting that Porsche powered cars seemed to have a big advantage in the first few rounds and the advantage seemed to have swung to Jaguar teams?

Do you think this will be maintained or might swing back and forth? is diminishing returns on getting the right software tweaks going to close the field up? maybe track / environment based variables are coming into play?

I have no idea, it seems unpredictable but not completely random - there's some things that make some drivers and teams advantaged in certain conditions - but it's adding to the interest rather than being frustrating from being too consistent to confusing by being too random...
