F1 2016 FPS Issues

First of all, i pre ordered the game. So it's original. I playing this game every 2 day since i bought. It's worked fine until now. I just attempted to start the 3. season of career mod.
When I started to load the 1. practice it's f*cked. The screen freezing and having FPS issues.

Yes, my PC is enough for the game because it's worked fine until yesterday.

Any tips to solve this problem?
