I've noticed this a couple times now, but it feels like my frame rate improves in the rain. I get plenty of frame rate (60+) but I never get the buttery smooth visual flow that I see on youtube vids. But then a couple times it starts to rain, or I start in the rain and the frame rate is unbelievably smooth. Am I nuts or is there a technical explanation for this?
Last night I was racing the Historic GT5 career series at Donington where it starts to rain at the end of the race. It definitely got smoother.
Thanks, Ryan
