F1 2010 Fuel aid off?!?!?!

Man is it me or when driving with fuel aids off, it seems like the AI never has fuel on board? any opinions?

Yes, that's right, the AI don't have fuel on board.

is there any way to get the AI with fuel or is that a code masters deal? i know PC theres patches

I'm pretty sure this isn't something that's been patched. Maybe in future? I'm sure people are trying, because it's very silly.

yea really does there doing my lap time with no fuel and am 2 to 4 seconds behind really sucks, am just not gonna play with that on

I guess it makes 100% races really difficult, which a lot of people who are really great drivers like. It gets easier with shorter races, because your car is actually carrying less fuel from the start. Unlike in some games where the fuel weight starts the same no matter the race length and is used up at a rate relative to the race length, in F1 2010 your fuel weight is actually less at the start in a 50% race compared to a 100% race.
