Gf 1060 problem ?

Hello.I have a question.Few weeks ago I buy new stuff for my PC , GF 1060 with 6GB Ram , SSD Good Ram 256GB.I have also a I5 4570 and 8GB Ram.When I run game with 20/24 in multiplayer or only with AI drivers I have problem with smooth 60FPS even if i setup graphic settings to very low.I try turn on/off antyaliasing and VSync but I still have a problem with smooth 60FPS even my FPS drop to 30/40 fps.In PCars or AC I play with Ultra/High settings with Vsync on , and I dont have any problem with smooth 60FPS.Any ideas ?
