Regarding car weight, as again this has been mentioned, and I have been corrected. The overall weight of a car is car + driver NOT FUEL. So taking this in to consideration, and I have spoken to a racing driver, this is what he said.

The weight of a driver is 68kg optimum
anything more costs 0.010 per lap

So taking that in to consideration,so the total weight should be 1085kg (Car Weight) PLUS 68 kg driver weight, which is 1153kg. Not far off the current weight of 1195, that's pretty damn close

Somebody else mentioned about the speed, they are 150mph max 241.402kph
