got the F1 2015 Game, and I would like to patch it with a 2016 mod

Hi there everyone!

Sorry to bother you all, but I'm wondering something: I've got the F1 2015 Game, and I would like to patch it with a 2016 mod. How can I choose one? I mean, how can I choose which one's the best? Also, if I get a 2016 mod, will I be able to set other mods for my game like the Camouflage Red Bull one, or the Gold Red Bull, Senna Helmet etc.?
