GP 79 mod

Hi all, i own rF2 and love it, but never installed a mod on it ye, so i need your help:
i have seen the gp79 mod thread:

i found the mod, downloaded it but when i "open" the .rar i just have a "RFCMP" file ... but well, i do I use it to install the mod ? in which drectory ?

thank for your answer, i dowloaded it, maybe it's not 100% completed but i do not live for graphics only, and i like it ... my question: i am not an expert of rF2 yet, at the moment i just tested it as a single player, but how to create an offline race with all the cars of the mod ? at the moment i just can have many "same cars" ... but how to have ligier, lotus, ferrari, renault etc etc all together in a "race weekend" ?
