Wheel rim and blur fix

Hi guys

With the previous wheel rim blur it made the rim look flat when rotating. This has now being fixed with this update.

Hi Guys

For those wondering why I opted for a small number plate on the sides, here is why.

You cannot add duel layers as per the original livery, this is just not possible. Then when you make the number plate larger you have blurs and too much distortion. The door panel and the inner arch is also made up of two pieces in the template and this creates a whole other problem.

The same goes for the rear bumper. I've altered the design slightly because of blurs and distortion.
