Did you get prompted to replace 5 files with the same names? If you did not, they mod files are in the wrong place. Go into my subfolders till you find 5 erp. files. Drag them into the same place in your actual game folder!
what mode you playing on? Are you driving the modern F1 cars (not F2)? Is it just the black standard dial showing? I checked the files and the Haas texture is there so the black standard one shouldn't exist anymore.
I don't play online personally so I couldn't tell you personally sorry. Yes verify game files through steam in properties will reset game from all mods including this one. I been extremely busy with uni and I haven't tested my custom dials with 1.15 either XD I know its not a lot of confidence but theres a good chance it will still be fine as it was a very small update.
