F1 2013 Haven't done this for sooooooo long and need help

It has been many years since I had the spare time to enjoy sim racing so before I splash out on F1 2017 I thought I would test the water with 2013.......and I am totally lost! I use a Logitech MOMO wheel but the game launches (via Steam) straight into 'Young driver' mode with keyboard controls. Have I missed something? Where is the main menu? How do I select my wheel as the controller? Also, it would be nice to be able to programme the paddles/buttons on the wheel before I get to the track but I can find no information on line about the keyboard controls. Any help on how to set up the basics of the game would be greatly appreciated as otherwise I am destined to spend eternity sat in a car, in the garage, going nowhere!
