If you want a new visual effect in your simulator, just go to the following link
ENBSeries Download
download a small file created for GTA S.Andreas and copy it in rFactor or GTR2 folder. It can be activated with Shift + F12 or desactivated

I just tested it and it works (no crash)

Checked it today on rF/Race07. I really don't like the effect. I have everything on very high/max normally and this just doesnt make it nicer for me.
I have also tried without blur, still not nice. Its too much overdone.. Have to tweak it to minimum to make it really nice.

If someone has the time to tweak, feel free to post your .ini files.
