i saw some screen shot with cars with head light working,what mod do i need for it

You can D/L the stable version there. If you want to have all the bells and whistle check out the dev's Discord Channel. Link is in there. You will also find all the instructions for installing.
It is very much WIP and not the easiest thing to get working so be prepared to RTFM.
