Help me with sli-f1 bodnar

Hello, i was wiring a sli-f1 from bodnar, and have a problem.
in connector 3 (only buttons) it only Works 2 cables (White and black) all others doesn't work

in connector 2 ( buttons, rotary switches or analogue inputs) i try conect a switch ( ground - White - 5v) not Works, i try conect a button ( ground - black) not Works. Another button (ground - Brown) not Works.

I have do any bad? or sli not work propperly? :roll:

In first picture are those toggle swithces like these->http://www.conrad.com/ce/en/product/705088/APEM-1A23-NF1STSE-2A-Toggle-Switch-

If they are then in CONNECTOR 1:
-No.2 is red (ground) goes to middle pin of toggle switch. Solder BLUE wire (Input 4) to "left pin" and VIOLET wire (input 5) to "right pin". So in the end you should have wire all three pins.

About the rotary switch:
-You have white wire connected to "OUTPUT" pin. Change that to ORANGE wire (input 1)
