Help needed on Thrustmaster wheel

My old Thrustmaster RGT Force Feedback Pro, I know it's old, but can't afford the big bucks right now to replace it. The right UP paddle stopped working. The left. DOWN paddle still works good. There's also another set of paddles under the top paddles & a manual shifter to the right of the wheel. I flipped the in-line switch & now the manual shifter & the second set of paddles work. The only game that doesn't recongize the bottom paddles is AC. Anyone know if i can take this apart & fix it? And if it can, is it a metal contact or something else that's broke or lose? I'm retired, so I don't have the extra bucks to just go buy another. Besides, my wife would shoot me, lol. Thanks for any help.
