Skins Help needed with Porsche Logo.dds

Hello,

I am currently busy painting the Attempto Racing #77 Porsche from the Blancpain series.
I would need some help with the LOGO.DDS file. I want to "disable" the Porsche logo and "Porsche" title on the rear. The "GT3 R" shall be moved to where "Porsche" was.
I know there are mods that did similar things, but I have no clue how to achieve that? Whatever I change the unwanted logos just turn black instead of invisible.
Any help is highly appreciated
