Help with creating new lights

Hi all!
I'm creating some new lights and startlights for BTB tracks but I'm having problems to know how those can be created.
I made two objects in 3ds to be uploaded via Xpacker. Names are 'cautionglow' and 'cautionlight' as some rfactor tracks have already named.
My problem begins with the creation of the complex object in XPACKER. It have to be made bys two objects working together with the sequence of textures.
But how this could be put correct with xpacker...??
Anyone can make a short tutorial?

PS: exist any way with BTB to put and object as lighting object?
