help with gmt2 importer for 3ds max 9 or 3ds max 2009?

Hi guys i have tried many times but i cant seem to get the GMT2 importer to work. I have the script file but i cant get the plugin to work -_-
Please help because i have a mod i need to finish converting to rFactor 1
