hood camview good FPS internal camview bad FPS

hey anybody knows why with HOOD view the game runs smooth at 60FPS but when i switch to internal cameras some stages it goes down to even 30FPS, usually goes down around 10-15 FPS, some stages are 60FPS all camera views
