F1 2012 How do I "unlock" the advanced setups

Sorry for such a silly question, but I can't find where to adjust front wing, ride height etc. Is it unlocked at some stage of career mode? What's the fastest way to get it available?

I tried searching, google, and even did the entire young driver test, but can't find. I'm in iRacing and other sims most the time, but I am liking F1 2012 so far! I'll like even more if I can finally adjust the setups.

Then what is with all the setup listings?

I can't even get to this in time trials or anywhere...
