How does the PS4 and Xbox One compare to other PCs in terms of power?

I want to make sure my PC is just as powerful, if not more powerful than both consoles, starting with a Radeon HD 7800 or 7900 graphics card.

The PS4 is more powerful than the Xbox One in nearly all hardware,

Here's my CPU:

I have 16 GB of RAM, at speeds of 1,333 MHz; the Xbox One has 8 GB RAM, with speeds at 2,133 MHz.

My graphics are an AMD Radeon HD 6850, which is not as good as either the PS4 or Xbox One.

I've read that the Xbox One's gpu will be roughly equivalent to a Radeon HD 7790, while the PS4's is roughly equivalent to a 7850.
As for the CPU, the Jaguar cores are more efficient than powerful. Actually modern 4 core processors can be just as powerful, but if you wish to be safe I guess you could go with any using 8 threads. (i7, FX)
However, I'm not sure if it's that easy tbh, I've also read that the bandwidth across the system would be one of the bigger problems f.e.

I'm not a professional though, just have been searching about this kind of info to see how things compare to each other.
