F1 2012 How does Tunngle work?

Hi guys.

I need a bit of help we currently run our racing league races on a sunday night, and we are getting a lot of diconnects whilst racing, more so the guys that join us from the USA, now i have seen a lot of races on here are now using Tunngle so you race over LAN instead, which i beleive is more stable and you get less disconnects, I have been tasked with finding out more infor on this and to see if this is viable to use, so i need some help really setting tunngle up and how we connect to it with steam and stuff, your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated

Well I used tunngle in a league in F1 2011 but it was a complete disaster. Worse than GFWL.
