How is F309 driven IRL?

Does anyone know how the F309 (Formula 3) works in real life? I can see it has a sequential stick shifter but should I use auto-blip and auto-cut?

If anyone knows for def I would be grateful.

Thanks,

South American Formula 3 (Dallara F309) in real life:
Gearbox - Hewland - 6 speeds / sequential (Lever). The left paddle behind the wheel is responsible for cutting the engine when changing gears without the driver needs to slow down (Technology called Power Shift).
