How to convert GTR2 car mod to RACE07?

I have serch this topic for months.
But I can't reach the answer.
What I most want to know is whether some tools(e.g. 3DSimED) is need.
Please help me.

I think I have a text file that explains it. I will see if I can find and share it. I don't think you need 3Dsimed. Just unpack the files that are compressed and rename a bunch of stuff.
But just get GTR2.

.car　Edit for RACE07's format
.incar Edit for RACE07's format
.hdc Just copy
.sp　Just copy
.aud　Just copy
.eng Just copy
.grb Just copy
.dmg　Just copy
.tyr　Just copy
.cas I can't find the answer.
