HUD adjustment help needed

When I race I have this huge bar showing everyone's position at the bottom of the screen, covering up most of the HUD elements I put there. At the same time there's a reserved section at the top of the screen where I can't put anything at all. Is there any way I can put the position info at the top in that reserved area?

Also I know the kb shortcuts for TC and ABS but can't find the shortcut to turn of ESP/stability help.

Press F9 to toggle the bottom bar.
The reserved space is inaccessible. by design.

cheers for the info, shame the top area is unusable though.
