hi,
I create a personal livery for Hyundai I20... I do understand you must use mr5 file . i have the 2 folders livery_00 ans livery_user . But now , i have to transform them in nefs files ... And i don't know how to do this ... It's with nefs édit tools ?

Yes
you have to put all in livery_00 because it is a modded car the livery user will appear as a second/third and so on livery
Use NefsEdit to inject the liveries
