F1 2011 Ideal pitstops in Montreal, Canada

I want tips of how many pitstops I can do on Montreal, or how many are the optimum.

For an 100% race

I have done about 3 or 4 100% races there and always I have had to do 3 with starting on the options then taking primes for one stint and then only options will work pretty good.

In a 50 % race there last night I found 2 stops the best, I stayed out at the start till one lap before the AI came in for there second pitstop, to be honest I should of came in one prior as the tires had hit the wall on that lap,

But I managed to jump into the top 6 with this strat by the second stop and with 8 laps to go I came in for my 2nd stop went out on Options fuel fast and blew the Ai away.
