1. Download the 2016 Mod here
2. Extract both .rar files into one; to do so you have to click on both files and then click on extract
3. Replace the .assests file with your current .assetes file which you can find in your Motorsport Manager folder under MM_Data
4. Unfortunately you must start a new career otherwise it won't work
