Indianapolis Skybox Fix - makes Indy look nice in new engine

Texture fix and graphical tweaks for the Indianapolis track.

How to install :
- unpack your Indianapolis.mix
- copy the files and folders from the *zip into the TRACKS\Indianapolis\ folder
- overwrite existing files
- repack the track and enjoy.
