Iracing seeing my wheel rotation incorrect...

I just noticed this today . I use a CSW V2 , in the controller setting I tried to calibrate my wheel and it will not center it is off about 45 degrees off center and also sees the wheel rotation lock to lock at 2160 degrees. I tried uninstalling / reinstalling Iracing and still have the same issue. The Fanatec property page sees it at center just not in game. I have tried other sims and the wheel is centered properly . Only with Iracing is where I have the issue. Something else I noticed , the wheel animation on the controller page when I try to calibrate has significant hesitation as I turn the wheel mostly as I pass center going to the left (Not the CSW) the actual animation on Iracing controller section..
