Is this normal GPU utilisation while playing VR games?

Just noticed that the GPU utilisation graph is spiking all the time while playing VR games.

The example bellow was taken while playing Beat Saber at 1.5SS. But I notices same behaviour when playing AC, PC2 and Dirt Rally 2. And it does not differ weather I'm achieving whole 80FPS or ASW (Rift S).

My system is R5 3600, 5700 XT, 16GB RAM.

Of course, VR is very stressing and intensive. You dont have to worry unless your GPU is really hot.

What I meant is those spikes of utilization. For e.g. when using a monitor and being GPU bottlenecked the utilization stays around 100 all the time. So my question is why when using VR it is not the same?
