iTunes problem

Hi

I have just went to open iTunes today and keep getting this message in the picture attatched below pop up everytime I tried to use iTunes when I have my usb cable plugged in. I have never had this problem before as it has always worked fine. Any ideas?

have you recently updated any software on your system? That message is saying that you have the wrong software installed on the system and should be reinstalled, I would start there. Just make sure you make a copy of your folders that iTunes uses prior to uninstalling.

Thanks Jim - Just uninstalled iTunes then reinstalled and seems to be fine now
