F1 2019 Jeff Audio Files

Hey,
maybe somebody can help me - where are Jeff commands located and how to extract them? I would like to use them for a montage for a league race.

I am interested in changing the audio for 2018, and adapting it to the 2024 season and beyond, can someone give me some guidelines...
