Jacques license was paid for at the start of the season, Ricky did not make any starts with it and he left the team. I thought there was a rule stating that if a driver does not use their license/only does one race they can pass it on to someone else?

I can update but there is no rule that I know of.

ah OK. Well Ricky never used the license therefore I don't see why it should be a problem when the team paid for two. Let me know if I need to repay but imo the team's already made a contribution.

I think he is right, if one of his driver didn't use the license, then next one can take it.

Technically the is no rule about that, plus what if the driver wants to drive for another team?

The license is personal, isn't like buying a seat like in F1.

Carlos is right it is a personal license but if you don't drive I don't see a problem with letting someone else have your license.

Just because the team pays does not make it a license for the team's seat.

This is written on the registration instruction page on the homepage at Notes:
Licences are not tradeable or exchangeable between drivers, unless a driver did not use his licence in a single event. He can then pass it on to someone else.

Sorry but, why are some pilot driving whitout pay?? Is a request to drive here and i saw that many of them got points in the racers in front of people who have paid and are driving with all legal. I think that they Must be DQ in all racers who have run if they do not have an explanation for why they do not paid.

I see little reason why drivers without paid license were allowed to drive in last race. I guess this is up to race director then. It's just not very fair to guys who did and were out in PQ.

Most of that question is really between the driver/team and admins.

Regardless, list is updated and I have gotten with WC teams that haven't paid for lower categories yet.

Relax yourself. I had a valid reason out of my control, that I wasn't paid up yet, which is private. I paid now so what's your fuss?

If you paid and if you explained to admins why you didn`t pay i have no problem. I have problem with drivers who are driving whitout pay and occupying a place Because i paid and it is not normal.

Well. It is not that this people drive the whole season without paying. I`m sure everybody who havent paid, have a valid reason for it and it was accepted by admins. For example I drove 2 races in Pro without paying because I wasnt sure if my team have a unused but already paid license, which I could use.
If you know people a bit longer you will start to trust them, that they finally will pay

Its a bit different to completly new guys. They even could use fake name or something.
I signed a contract at my team with a copy of my personal ID card.
So relax a bit

you can change alari algpeus his license to paid.
the other commentators got a free license for doing the commentary work.
i didnt got a free one last year nor this year and since alari is netrex as well
i think that would be fair enough.
