I know the all the f1 cars don't look like these, but the williams one is pretty close though

The only thing these skins need are Pirelli tyres; thankfully if you've ever skinned an RSS car, the textures are mapped in a similar way; a long horizontal strip with the tread in the middle and the side-walls flanking the top and bottom.
