Logitech G920 does not get recognised by PC

Hello there, I just plugged in my G920 and when I connect it via the USB cable, the wheel starts buzzing but nothing happens The wheel doesn't get recognized by the PC, not by any Logitech software, it just buzzes. I already got the latest drivers and so on from Logitech's website but nothing works. Has anyone had or even better solved this problem?
Thanks in advance!

Well I found the problem but no solution. The problem are the pedals, without them plugged in everything works fine, as soon as I plug them in the wheel disconnects from the PC and it starts buzzing

Hi mate, Did you manage to fix it. I am facing the same issue with my G920 where i hear a buzzing sound when pedals are connected. Don't see any visible cuts in the pedal wire. internals in the steering base looks ok too. I am unsure if its the base or the pedals.

My guess is that voltage supplied in pedal cable to potentiometers may be shorted to ground
or otherwise compromising that voltage, which perhaps also powers logic in the wheel base.
