Low Fps Problem

Hi, my English is not good so I will try to explain my problem.
My desktop has i7-3630qm CPU
amd 7600m GPU 2GB and Intel HD 4000
8GB ram
but I have low fps and my playing quality is so bad what can I do for solve this problem

First, check if your system is using the dedicated gpu for AC. You can do this opening catalyst center going on power-switchable graphics application monitor. Do this with AC loaded on a track (not the opening menu).
If you can send me your graphics settings and a screenshot of what frames you get I can help you setting that up.
