F1 2017 max resource points

Has anyone had this?
I did all the "Team Objectives" but still only got 25/35 resource points.
Only noticed it since patch 1.9

Haven't seen this issue around at steam forums, so it does not seem to be common.

You didn't do the DRS test at the top ABOVE the five checked points which is worth 10 RP. You get such a target after completing a development part and it's worth 10 points. It's in the game since the beginning.
Sometimes it's more difficult to pass this goal especially when using worn engine parts with less power.

Also, you have to balance that fact that you get wear and tear on the car trying to get those resource points. You'll want to keep the last laps for that engine, in the race.
