The Mclaren in game suit always looked very odd to me, something felt very wrong about it. Then I realised "My God, the colors are totally off" and decided to make it look closer to the real one.

The blue is darker and the orange part has two different colors.
I also added A Better Tomorrow and Coca Cola Logos.

The Arrow Electronics and Estrella Galicia logos on the sides will be added in a update.

Open the incardriver_f1.erp.
You can find it here (F12019>2019_asset_groups>animation_package>scenes>incardriver>2019)

Search for 2019-mclaren_livery_d.tif and import the texture.
The mipmap is in (F1 2019>character_package>team_livery>2019-mclaren>textures

I'm afraid it's not posible. If you edit the 90 Years logo to the MW logo you have this https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/ferrari-mission-winnow-updated-chassis.28305/
Most of the 90 years logos change to whatever you put instead of it.
